What if, this holiday season...

What if this holiday season started out on the right foot? What if, instead of regretting how little you moved and how much you ate, your focus was on health and wellness? What if your goal was to move every day, create strength by challenging yourself, and take steps toward ending this year healthier than you started it? We can do it together!

We’ll be kicking off a December Wellness Challenge on Tuesday, December 1st, but until then, let’s end November WELL. We have a couple of fun ways to move together over the next week. Whether you are on the road (mask up!) or staying home, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to strengthen and sweat with all of us.

  • On Thanksgiving Day, Michelle will be teaching a 45-minute Barre Express class to ring in the holiday season. When you sign up for the class, you will be emailed a code for a companion pass, that you can share with a friend or family member. We know you may not be able to be with your loved ones this season, but virtually together is almost like actually being together!

  • On Friday after Thanksgiving, Michelle will be teaching a traditional barre class, to break up your fervent online holiday shopping. ;)

  • Was your Thanksgiving a little tense? Join Michelle for a FREE myofascial release class, to melt the stress away.

  • In addition, Saturday morning Usha will be teaching an alignment-focused yoga class, to center your mind and body heading into this holiday season.

  • Finally, as a way of showing THANKS to all of you, Jenny has recorded a HIIT (HIGH intensity interval training) for you try out over the weekend, at your leisure. The code for this class will be emailed to all of you next week.
